At KGC Foundation, we are committed to providing accessible, high-quality support services. This policy outlines our approach to refunds and cancellations.

Our Sliding-Scale Model We operate on a pay-what-you-can model (£35-£50 per session) to ensure that financial circumstances are never a barrier to receiving support. We trust you to contribute what you are able to afford.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • 24+ Hours Notice: Full refund or free rescheduling available
  • Less than 24 Hours Notice: No refund, but we may offer rescheduling depending on circumstances
  • No-Show: No refund or rescheduling

Emergency Situations We understand that genuine emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to a medical emergency, bereavement, or other urgent situation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you on a case-by-case basis.

Service Dissatisfaction If you are unhappy with your session for any reason, please contact us within 48 hours. We are committed to making things right and may offer:

  • A complimentary follow-up session
  • A partial or full refund
  • Connection with a different counsellor or service

Donations Donations to KGC Foundation are non-refundable, as they directly support our mission to provide accessible mental health and community support services.

  • Your name and booking details
  • Reason for refund request
  • Preferred resolution

We will respond within 3-5 business days.
