On January 24th, 2026, the KGC Foundation officially launched- and what a day it was. After 30 years of faithful waiting, divine preparation, and unwavering obedience, we gathered to celebrate not just a beginning, but the fulfillment of a God-given vision.
An Amazing Turnout
We were overwhelmed by the incredible turnout. Family, friends, supporters, community members, and those who believed in this vision long before it had a name- you all showed up, and your presence meant everything. The room was filled with love, faith, and anticipation for what God is doing through KGC Foundation.
A Day to Remember
Everything about the day was memorable. From the timeliness of the program to the heartfelt prayers and speeches that honored the journey, every moment reflected the care and intention that has gone into this foundation.
The worship and singing from the choir lifted our spirits and set the atmosphere for celebration and gratitude. It was a reminder that this work is rooted in faith, and that we are here to be God's outstretched arm in the world.
A Focus on the Youth
One of the most powerful themes of the day was our deep emphasis on the youth. We spoke openly about mental health, the unique challenges young people face today, and our commitment to ensuring that no young person is left behind.
The KGC Foundation is not just for today- it's for the next generation. We are building a legacy of support, healing, and hope that will serve young people for decades to come. Their mental health, their wellbeing, and their futures matter deeply to us.
God's Outstretched Arm
At the heart of everything we do is a simple truth: we are here to be God's outstretched arm in the world. Whether it's through counseling, mediation, bereavement support, or community connection, our mission is to bring healing, hope, and restoration to those who need it most.
The launch was a powerful reminder that this vision is bigger than any one person. It's a collective calling, supported by a community of believers, volunteers, trustees, and partners who are committed to making a difference.
What's Next
The launch may be over, but the work is just beginning. We are now fully operational and ready to serve our community with:
- Counseling and therapy services (in-person and virtual)
- Marriage and relationship mediation
- Bereavement support
- Family and parenting guidance
- Befriending services and community support
- A special focus on youth mental health and wellbeing
