Our Befriending Service connects isolated individuals and families with trained volunteers who provide meaningful companionship and support.

Through regular home visits and community engagement, we help reduce loneliness whilst building lasting relationships.

Our volunteer-led programme creates a network of genuine human connection, enabling participants to access local resources, social activities, and emotional support tailored to their needs.
